Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to work with customized orders! If you have a design in mind, or if you want to add a hashtag or text on the front or back of the shirt, don't hesitate to message us, or use the "REQUEST CUSTOM ORDER" page to place a custom order. We love creating new ideas!

Processing time and shipping time

The standard processing time is 1-2 business days. We usually process and ship out the orders the same or next business day.

USA Orders:
Standard: takes 3 to 5 business days to get delivered
Priority: takes 2 to 4 business days to get delivered
Express: takes 1 to 2 business days to get delivered

Canada, Europe & Australia: 
Standard: takes 7 to 21 business days to get delivered
Priority International: takes 3 to 6 business days to get delivered

Sizing & Colors

For detailed sizing information and color options, please see product images.

Crew Neck T-Shirts: We use soft and fitted unisex T-shirts from Bella Canvas that are in standard men's sizes. Women will typically need to order one size down in these tees.

V-Neck T-Shirts: Tend to run a bit small, so if you think it might fit a bit snug, order a size up.

Fitted Tank Tops: These tank tops are fitted and run smaller than usual. If you do not like fitted tanks, I suggest to size up 1-2 sizes for a more flowy fit.

Relaxed Fit Tank Tops and Muscle Tanks: We use ultra soft tank tops from Bella Canvas. These tanks run true to size.

Exchanges

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-2 business days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info. Delivery takes 5 business days with STANDARD shipping, 2-4 business days with Priority shipping and 1-2 days with EXPRESS shipping.

International orders: Items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Delivery takes 7-21 business days with STANDARD shipping, 3-6 business days with Priority shipping. You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

USA Orders - Shipping cost for orders under $135 depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering. Orders over $135 USD will be shipped to you with absolutely no shipping or handling charges to any address in the United States with Standard Shipping.

International Orders - Shipping costs are unique for each order. They depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 6 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will reship your order. 

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days please contact us at info@patyz.com

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

PATYZ adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?

All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction. You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, we will take the payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We Accept PayPal and all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card. You can use any of these cards through our online shopping cart any time day or night.

WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:

  1. The item has a manufacturing problem
  2. The item was the incorrect size/color
  3. Item did not make it to delivery address

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement. We will issue a reorder. Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Custom product policy

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any personalized items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you are unsure of sizing/coloring/styles, we recommend ordering 1 item to test it out BEFORE placing a large order. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

Missing Package

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will reship your order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@patyz.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2701 Airline Dr STE K, # 252, Metairie LA 70001, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
